Registration and Packet Pick up
Online registration is now open. Register as soon as possible (to get the best prices) and pick up your race number and shirt at the Turkey Trot Festival. All participants electing the t-shirt option will receive a high-quality cotton blend t-shirt (adult sizes) with a unique 2024 Turkey Trot logo. Youth sizes are short sleeve. Please assist us by registering online (see below). You will dramatically reduce the number of volunteer hours needed and you will save money by avoiding the additional fees you will incur when you register by paper. To take advantage of the lowest pricing you must register on or before November 17. (See chart below)
Once you have registered, your shirt and race number will be ready for you to pick up at the Turkey Trot Festival at Goodwood Museum & Gardens on November 23 from 1:30 to 5:00. Starting Monday, November 24, packet pickup will move to Premier Health & Fitness Center, 3521 Maclay Boulevard. We will be there on Monday and Tuesday from 11:00 am. – 6:00 p.m., and on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Online registration will remain open through midnight on Wednesday, November 26. On site Race Day registration and packet pick up will be available near the race start on Esplanade Way (near 4055 Esplanade Way). We strongly encourage you to pre-register and pick up your race bib prior to race day.

Option 1:
Register online at RunSignup. (Always cheaper than by paper form.)
Option 2:
Register and pick up packet at the Turkey Trot Festival at Goodwood Museum & Gardens (1600 Miccosukee Rd) on November 23, 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. We recommend you register at home on line and then come to the Festival, although we will have on-site registration if that is most convenient for you. Remember, you must register on or before November 16, to receive the lowest fees.
Option 3:
Register and pick up shirt and race bib on Monday and Tuesday (Nov 24 & 25) at Premier Health and Fitness Center from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and on Wednesday (Nov 26) from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Option 4:
If you are unable to pick up your packet before race day, you may pick up your number and shirt on race day, 6:45 am – 7:30 am. Those waiting until race day to register will not be guaranteed shirts.
Registration Costs - Please remember there is a $3 processing fee for all manual race entries. Prices below are online prices.

There are no discounts on race day. GWTC members automatically receive a $2 discount (no need for a code) provided they are registering before race day and are not receiving a family discount.

Early registration (November 16) and packet pick up is strongly encouraged to assure t-shirt size and availability.
Members of GWTC registering in the individual category receive a $2 discount. Club members must be signed on to their RunSignup account to receive the automatic discount at checkout.
